Ron is a musician, songwriter from the northwest Florida area. He was lead
vocalist of the popular Pensacola based, 60's band called The Dickens. His musical
roots can be found in the early English invasion ( Hollie's, etc. ) as well as the once
thriving R&B scene of the South. Based in L.A. during the 70's, Ron explored many
musical avenues. Most notably the controversial and multi-talented band known as The
Alleycats. After a brief stint portraying John Lennon in the Broadway Musical,
"Beatlemania" and before returning to Florida in the 80's, he also got to rock
the Club Med world with The Hollywood Party Boys, the first American band to
have that distinction. Though mostly concentrating on songwriting, Ron recently decided to
record his first solo CD. The songs range from the hardrock "Virgin of Love" to
the traditional country of "I Love You More Than I Love My Truck" to the ballad
"Forever My Love". Ron is a singer, songwriter who's time has truly come. Back to Bowman-Arrow
